This product ships unassembled and will require easy and straight-forward assembly using common household tools. Detailed instructions are included.

Delivery: Minimum 2-3 week production from receipt of payment for all orders without printing. Minimum 3-4 weeks from receipt of payment and approved graphics for all orders with printing; Rush Charge of 30% would apply to expedited orders requiring faster delivery Freight quote: to be determined based on quantity Freight quote, if provided, is intended solely as an estimate of freight cost. However, as we do not control freight rates and charges from our chosen carriers, freight costs will be charged to you as incurred regardless of quote provided.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of Cushions Custom, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Cushions Custom will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to Cushions Custom. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.

Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Cushions Custom. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Cushions Custom Return Procedure will be breached and Cushions Custom will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.

Cushions Custom will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Cushions Custom charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.

Products being returned for a refund, must be received by Cushions Custom prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.

NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ANY LOGO UMBRELLA IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

This item ships via FedEx or UPS (depending on your zip code). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking # via the email address you provide. Ground shipments usually arrive within 2-5 business days. Please inspect the package when it arrives to review if damage occurred during shipping. If a box is crushed, wet or severely damaged, reject the shipment and do not sign for it. The item will be returned to us, which allows us to file a claim. We will then be able to ship your replacement item within 24 hours.

Cushions Custom offers a 1 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period Cushions Custom will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 1 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.

Digital Logo Printing Process

Single Color

Monochrome printing is ideal for basic logos and text. Monochrome is also the least expensive printing option.

Multicolor

Multicolor uses the same CYMK process that you find in normal inkjet or commercial printers. It provides superb color matching and blending in photographic quality.

Inkjet Acrylic

Similar to our Sunbrella Graphics System, inkjet acrylic uses a special Sunbrella fabric with a special ink. This option is for projects requiring that the entire panel be printed or where you require Pantone Matching System color accuracy for your fabric color. The base panel is white.
